PikoBuy Links Guide: Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and Yupoo from Search to Warehouse
A source link is only the start of an order. The useful skill is preserving the exact product choice while the listing moves from a Chinese marketplace into PikoBuy, through purchasing and into the warehouse.
What PikoBuy officially says about Chinese marketplace links
PikoBuy’s current Beginner’s Guide names Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and Yupoo as product sources. It tells shoppers to confirm style, color and size, save the product or store information, then paste a product link or keywords into the PikoBuy search box. If the item cannot be found, the guide directs the shopper to customer service. Those are the published common steps; the guide does not promise that every link will import perfectly or that every listing is available.
The User Agreement defines an equally important boundary. PikoBuy displays sales and shopping links from third-party sellers, but says it is not the actual sales entity or sales platform. Purchasing is handled as an agency service, and PikoBuy says it cannot verify every platform, merchant, product or service for quality, safety, legality, authenticity or accuracy. A successful import therefore means the link can enter a purchasing workflow—not that the seller or product has been endorsed.
Treat the marketplace page as evidence that must survive translation into an order. Make the request observable: which seller, which variant, how many units and which warehouse details would prove a match.
Capture the product decision before pasting anything
Start on the live source page. Save the clean product URL, store name, product title, selected color, selected size or model, quantity, displayed item price and seller-to-warehouse shipping if shown. Also save any option code or image tied to the variant. A link alone is fragile: sellers can edit titles, replace photographs, change stock or combine several products under one page.
Write a one-sentence order specification using facts that another person can check. “Navy jacket, size L, silver zip, quantity one” is stronger than “the version in the second photo.” If the listing uses a Chinese size chart, compare body or garment measurements rather than assuming an international letter size is equivalent. PikoBuy’s guide tells users to confirm size, but it does not guarantee fit.
Keep a dated screenshot when the option menu or price may change. It is evidence, not a permanent quote. The Beginner’s Guide says the final price is based on actual purchasing, and the User Agreement notes possible differences from exchange-rate and settlement timing. The live order amount controls.
Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and Yupoo links need the same discipline—not invented platform rules
Taobao and Tmall links
For a PikoBuy Taobao link, preserve the seller and full variant combination before import. Many marketplace pages place color, size and package choices under one URL, so a correct product title can still produce the wrong order if the option is wrong. After import, match each selected value against the original page rather than trusting the first thumbnail.
Weidian links
A PikoBuy Weidian link should be handled the same way: identify the exact seller page and option, then verify what PikoBuy displays. Do not substitute an apparently similar result from another seller simply because the desired link fails to load. Similar photos do not establish identical stock, batch, material or after-sales terms. PikoBuy’s public guide says to contact support when an item cannot be found; it does not tell shoppers to guess an alternative.
1688 links
For a PikoBuy 1688 link, read the live quantity and option controls carefully. The User Agreement has a separate 1688 section stating that the third-party purchasing service assists with goods specified by the user, does not guarantee product quality and does not provide accurate inventory services. That makes a current stock display or search result less useful than confirmation on the actual order. If a listing shows quantity tiers or several specifications, record the exact combination you intend to buy and wait for the purchasing result.
Yupoo links
PikoBuy’s guide explicitly includes Yupoo among supported product sources, but it does not publish a separate, permanent Yupoo checkout rule. Some source pages may not transfer the same structured options as a conventional marketplace listing. If a PikoBuy Yupoo order cannot be found through the pasted link, use the official support route and provide the album page, seller information and precise item specification. Do not invent a price or use another seller’s listing to fill a missing field.
Audit the imported result before creating the order
Once PikoBuy returns a product result, compare it line by line with the record you saved. Check the source seller, title, thumbnail, color, size or model, quantity, item price and any domestic shipping shown. Pay special attention to default selections. If a field is missing, translated ambiguously or changes when another option is selected, stop and clarify it before payment.
Separate discovery from verification. Keyword search is useful before choosing a seller; a source link preserves a specific choice. Replacing a failed link with a keyword result may produce a different listing even when the image looks identical.
Do not put subjective instructions in the option note. A purchasing agent can follow “size 42, black, one pair” more reliably than “best quality” or “looks authentic.” PikoBuy’s terms specifically decline broad guarantees for quality and authenticity. Turn preferences into visible checks wherever possible, and accept that photographs cannot prove material composition, internal electronics or long-term durability.
Understand what the first payment does—and does not settle
The official order sequence says to choose color, size and quantity, submit the order and complete the first payment. It also says the final price follows actual purchasing and an out-of-stock item will be refunded. That means the order should be treated as pending until the purchasing status confirms the outcome.
The first payment is not the complete delivered cost. PikoBuy’s guide places international route selection and shipping payment after warehouse inspection. The User Agreement says purchasing cost includes the goods and relevant domestic logistics, while cross-border freight and applicable platform charges are handled in the later forwarding stage. Check the amounts shown in the current interface; this guide does not publish a fixed coupon, exchange-rate markup or universal service total.
Save the order number beside the original link and specification; do not assume stock is secured. If price or availability changes, decide from the current order rather than the old screenshot.
Close the loop when the item reaches the warehouse
PikoBuy says the warehouse will inspect the arriving product, check it in, take photos and look for defects. Review those images against the specification captured before import: identity first, then the selected option, quantity, visible condition and included parts. This is the moment when a disciplined source-link record becomes useful.
Warehouse inspection has limits. The User Agreement says PikoBuy may be unable to perform professional inspection of quality, authenticity or completeness for some goods, and the Shipping Policy says special and professional products cannot receive professional inspection. Additional detailed photos can be purchased, but the public policy does not state a permanent number or price. Ask for one only when a specific angle, label or measurement can change your keep-or-return decision.
Do not submit the item into an international parcel while a mismatch remains unresolved. - Open the live Taobao, Tmall, Weidian, 1688 or Yupoo source page.
- Record seller, clean URL, exact option, quantity, current price and domestic shipping shown.
- Translate and compare measurements when size affects the decision.
- Paste the link into PikoBuy; use keywords only when you are still discovering products.
- Compare every imported field with the source record before paying.
- Contact official support if the item is missing or an option is ambiguous.
- Save the order number and wait for the actual purchasing result.
- At the warehouse, compare photos with the original specification before parcel submission.
This workflow does not remove seller or transport risk. It does reduce a common preventable error: losing the exact product decision somewhere between a marketplace link, an imported order and the warehouse record.
